VOTing & Democracy
Voting rights, voting integrity, and democracy itself are on the ballot this November. This is the most important issue we’re voting for this election.
Did you know…
… a majority of Republican nominees on the ballot this November for the House, Senate and key statewide offices — 299 in all — have denied or questioned the outcome of the last presidential election, according to a newly-published Washington Post analysis.
… that Rep. Pappas’ and Sen. Hassan’s MAGA Republican opponents are both Election Deniers who tout The Big Lie?
This new brand of Republicans is determined to sow doubt regarding election integrity and even use of violence to overthrow elections and disenfranchise voters. The implications of this are frightening and underscore the need to elect Democrats at every level of government.
Our own state of New Hampshire was ranked last in the country for ease of voting due to our state’s lack of vote by mail and early voting, as well as its voter ID laws. The NH GOP has passed laws that needlessly complicate local elections, compromising privacy and disenfranchising voters in the process. This is not a coincidence. It’s a TREND.
This is a fight to save democracy. VOTE.
